Two year limited Warranty

Every Easyrig comes with a two-year limited warranty. In the event that something should go wrong with your Easyrig, please contact the reseller at the location you purchased it from.

The manufacturer’s products are warranted to be free from defects caused by faulty materials or workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. The liability of the manufacturer under this warranty is limited to repairing, replacing, or, at its option, issuing credit for any of its products that are returned by the purchaser during such period provided, however, that:

A. The warranty card is properly filled out and returned to the manufacturer within 30 days of purchase.

B. Defective merchandise is returned to the manufacturer accompanied by a report of findings indicating the basis of rejection and with transportation charges paid by the purchaser.

C. Such defects exist and have not been caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, improper installation or assembly, repair, alteration, add-on or accident.

D. The manufacturer does not manufacture, test, or approve third-party accessories or attachments, including but not limited to the Mantis system by BLKBRD and the Serene arm by Flowcine. Use of such products is undertaken entirely at the user’s own risk.

The manufacturer shall not be liable for any damage to equipment, property, or personal injury arising from the installation, modification, use, or failure of any third-party accessory, including failure of elastic cords, rubber lines, ropes, attachment points, or structural components.

Damage to the manufacturer’s products resulting from the use of third-party accessories or from modifications made to accommodate them — including drilling, cutting, or altering the upper arm or other structural components — is not covered under this warranty.

When using a Mantis system with an Easyrig equipped with a +130 mm upper arm on larger frame models, including Vario 5, Vario 6, or Easyrig 3, the total supported load must not exceed 50 lbs (22.7 kg). The Mantis must never be used with a +230 mm upper support bar. The upper arm must be equipped with a steel mid tube. Use of the Mantis with a Minimax model is not approved and may result in structural damage.

Improper installation of the Serene arm by Flowcine, including drilling or altering the upper arm in a way that causes the suspension line to scrape against metal surfaces, may result in line failure. The manufacturer is not responsible for any damage or injury resulting from such installation or line failure.

In no event shall the manufacturer be liable for collateral or consequential damages of any nature. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied.
