Adjustable block in upper arm

A plastic slider that sits in the upper arm, by releasing the knob (MM001) and sliding it back and forth you can decide where you want the line to exit.
Do not turn the knob(MM001) too far counter-clockwise, the slider will get stuck in the upper arm.
