The Easyrig Vario 6 is a lightweight support system that is 20% lighter compared to the Vario 5, made for cameras weighing between 4–14 kg (9-31 lbs). You will be more agile with the Easyrig Vario 6 compared to the older generation. Featuring a new sleek design and a completely new mechanism in the power pack, it allows all users to adjust the tension of the line themselves without needing to ask for help.
It has been stress tested by us and some of our ambassadors to ensure that it will last your whole career!
The Easyrig Vario 6 will not replace the Easyrig Vario 5, as they serve different purposes. The Easyrig Vario 6 can be retrofitted onto all our previous vests, so if you’re interested in upgrading your current Easyrig, you’ll only need to purchase the support bar by itself. You can attach any upper arm in our lineup to the Easyrig Vario 6.
We have decided to make a belt extender that fits the Minimax, Minimax Flex, Cinema, Cinema Flex, Boom Rig & Boom Rig Flex vests. This belt extender not only extends the range of the straps, but it also provides you with added support around your stomach.
If you have any of the mentioned vests and feel like more support is needed, this is the accessory for you!
The Boom Rig Flex vest is now released. It can be ordered by itself or as a complete Boom Rig (BF100). The Boom Rig Flex is the same as the original Boom Rig vest, but with added support and adjustability around the chest area. Developed for female operators, but can be used by anyone. Same cost as the original Boom Rig.
The Quick Release has been updated! Since the original quick release was launched, some users experienced problems with easily getting it on and off the ball stud on the camera. This new design allows it to be more easily attached and detached from the ball stud, and it’s now a sleeker and more intuitive design.
Developed together with Ambassador Niklas Johansson, FSF, the spacer for quick release is now officially launched.
When working with heavy setups, getting your fingers around the housing of the quick release can be hard. Now, you’ll be able to pull down the quick release with ease!
The battery plate is made for Boom Rig users who attach a light to a boom pole instead of a microphone.
With this plate, you can add a V-mount and a V-mount battery to power the lamp, and it also functions as a counterweight!
